No minimum orders: We are happy to fill your order no matter the size. All we ask is your purchase in full cases increments. We are here to serve you.
Sales Tax: We are required to charge sales tax to Wisconsin customers on total merchandise and shipping charges. Please submit a copy of a WI sale and use tax-exemption certificate if you are tax-exempt.
Shipping: Most orders are shipped via UPS unless you specify differently. Oversized or heavy orders will be shipped by common carrier if and when more economical. Orders are shipped F.O.B unless you request us to use your UPS or FedEx account number.
Tracking Numbers/Proof of delivery: Tracking numbers are used to follow a shipment during transit. If you would like the tracking number for your order, call us at 262-547-8840 or email sales@tewescorp.com. We will be happy to either give you the number or track it for you, whichever is most convenient.
Damaged in Shipping: Accidents can happen. However, please do not sign for a shipment if there is any noticeable damage. Report damage to the carrier at time of arrival and make sure it is noted on the bill of lading. Then give us a call at 262-547-8840 and we can assist you with either a replacement or a credit.
Limited Warranty: As we do not control the use of our products, no liability is assumed for damages or losses sustained while using these products except for replacements or refund of invoice cost.
Product Tolerances: All products are manufactured within recognized industry standards. Tolerances vary according to product lines. Please notify our customer service reps when ordering if you require other specifications
Pricing: We strive to keep prices current. However, due to unexpected increases in raw materials and market conditions, prices are subject to change.
Application for open account: To expedite your Credit Application, please fax or email the completed and SIGNED form to 262-547-8803 or debbie@tewescorp.com. If you are located in Wisconsin and are tax exempt or purchase for resale we will also need a copy of the WI Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate signed and dated.
Terms: Terms are net 30 to accounts with established credit unless other arrangements have been made with our accounting department.
Returns: If you need to return an item for any reason, we ask that you call our customer service department to make arrangements.
Quotations: We welcome the opportunity to quote on your custom needs or large quantities. Quotes can be done on the phone or by fax or email.
