Sales Tax: We are requited to charge sales tax to Wisconsin customers on total merchandise and shipping charges. Please submit a copy of a tax-exemption certificate if you are tax-exempt.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped via UPS unless you specify differently. Oversized or heavy orders will be shipped by common carrier if and when more economical. Orders are shipped F.O.B unless specified.

Limited Warranty: As we do not control the use of our products, no liability is assumed for damages or losses sustained while using these products except for replacements or refund of invoice cost.

Product Tolerances: All products are manufactured within recognized industry standards. Tolerances vary according to product lines. Please notify our customer service reps when ordering if you require other specifications

Pricing: We strive to keep prices current. However, due to unexpected increases in raw materials and market conditions, prices are subject to change.

Terms: Terms are net 30 to accounts with established credit unless other arrangements have been made with our accounting department.

Returns: If you need to return an item for any reason, we ask that you call our customer service department to make arrangements.
